Registration Information Registration opens April 2, 2012 Fee: $299 per person Tournament fee includes breakfast buffet, 18 holes with cart, lunch, awards ceremony and specialty holes including the hole-in-one, longest drive and closest-to-the-pin. You can register as an individual or team. There is no need to be registered with PMA's Foodservice Conference to participate.
