The Foundation understands the weight of a career path decision for any student. We also realize that classroom experience does not always give you a clear picture of the real working world. Our programs are designed to give you hands-on experience and practical knowledge to help you answer the big question, "What do I want to be when I grow up?"

As a participant in one of our programs, you will:

• Gain a first-hand perspective on real work settings
• Learn what job skills are required of people in your field
• Identify key competencies that you need to further development and gain confidence in your strengths
• Hone your communication and interpersonal skills
• Decide if you are really suited for the career you have chosen
