Natalia began her professional career outside of the produce industry where she was a Customer Service Representative for The Bank of Montreal. Eager to direct her career toward the area of human resources, Natalia began looking for a company that met her needs both personally and professionally. Now employed with The Oppenheimer Group for the last 10 years, she is responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of various human resources activities for the company. Her duties include a broad range of general HR services to support the achievement of Oppenheimer′s business objectives. Specific activities include recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, human resources planning, employee learning and development, employee recognition, and coordination of Oppenheimer′s work/life balance, employee wellness and internship programs.
