While in college, Greg worked as a sales assistant at his cousin's produce brokerage firm, Pandol Associates Marketing. His cousin is a year round grower and shipper of table grapes and this connection introduced Greg to the produce industry! He was the primary assistant to the owner as a shipping clerk. His other responsibilities included handling accounts payable & accounts receivable, field relations & quality control, and working with cold storage management. During his experience at the brokerage firm, he was able to make contacts which ultimately led to his employment at Top Brass Marketing.

After graduation, Greg started to work for Top Brass Marketing, Inc. as an account manager. At Top Brass Marketing, Inc., he manages and builds new accounts through their business development program.
