Rebecca attended St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Marketing. Her interest in the produce industry stemmed from this degree. When it came to choosing a career, the fresh produce industry's living, breathing products had a huge upper edge over other manufactured products that are the same day in and day out.

A recipient of the PMA/Pack Family Career Pathways Scholarship, Rebecca attended PMA's Fresh Summit in 2005. Through this program, she attended several educational workshops and made initial connections with a number of industry leaders. Her mentor in particular helped Rebecca facilitate relationships with produce industry contacts.

After graduating from St. Joseph's, she joined C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc. At C&S, Rebecca worked as the apple and pear National Produce Buyer.

Rebecca joined Stemilt in July 2009 as a Merchandising Manager. In this position, she develops marketing programs for Stemilt's customers in the Midwest and Southeast regions.
